• How do I register?

    You can register by clicking on the "Register" link located at the top right corner on the home page. Please provide the required information in the form that appears and click on submit. We will send OTP to verify your mobile number, after successful OTP validation, we will send an activation link to the registered email ID. Please click on activation link and start shopping.

  • Do I need to necessarily register before shopping on

    No . You can browse the website without registration. You are required to login or register while checking out or at the time of selectig payment method.

  • Can I have multiple registrations?

    Each email ID/login ID and mobile number can only be associated with only one customer account


  • What is My Account?

    You‘My Account' is your a/c where you can view your Personal Information, Order History and Shopping List.

  • I forgot my password?

    Please click on “Forgot password” link available on the 'Sign In' page and then enter your registered Mobile No. in the box provided. A new system generated password will be sent SMS to your registered Mobile No. .

  • I am unable to login?

    Your Login ID and password are case sensitive. Please enter correct information & try again. Use “Forgot Password" link to generate new password.

  • Can I change my personal details e.g. mobile number etc.?

    Yes, you can. Please sign in & click on ‘Edit’ on the 'My Account' page to update your personal details


  • How do I know my order has been confirmed?

    You will get confirmation on placing order online by e-mail and website and for phone/WhatsApp order you will get SMS/WhatsApp confirmation.

  • Can I change my order once it has been placed?

    Yes, you can still modify your order once it has been placed before cut off time. However, after the order has been dispatched no further changes can be made. In case you wish to remove certain products from the order, there always is an option of returning the products during delivery. In case you wish to order some additional products, you can always proceed placing a new order.

  • What if products ordered by me are out of stock?

    Sometimes, when the products ordered by you may be out of stock. In such situations, we will deduct the amount of such product from the billing amount and bill will be adjusted during Delivery.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, you can cancel the order before it starts for delivery. However, no return or cancellation is possible after accepting delivery. In case you would like to cancel the order for some reason, you can send us an e-mail on the 'Contact us' page with the following details: date of order, order number and reason for cancellation. Else you can inform our representative when he calls for the order confirmation for the delivery timing and date. We will cancel the order and process the refund.


  • How can I pay for my Aapoorti orders?

    You can pay in different mode of payment like online payment, Cash on Delivery, Card (Debit/Credit Card) and Paytm.

  • Which credit / debit cards do you accept on Card on Delivery?

    We accept only Visa, Master Card and RuPay.

  • Are there any hidden charges?

    There are no hidden charges for transaction with Aapoorti.

  • I want to pay Cash on delivery (COD) is it possible??

    Yes, we accept COD, use the COD checker against each product to check if COD is available in your area.


  • When does Aapoorti deliver my order?

    Your order will be delivered within 24 hours of placing your order, if the order is placed before 8.00pm.

  • What is the delivery timing?

    Our delivery timing is from 12:00am to 8:00pm. If at all due to some unforeseen circumstances your order is not delivered, the same will be intimated to you and the order will be delivered on the very next day morning.

  • Do you have any delivery charges?

    For orders above Rs.999/- delivery is FREE, for orders below Rs.999/- we charge a nominal Rs.40/- per delivery.

  • What if I'm not home to receive my order?

    Once the order is dispatched from the store, a notification will be sent on your registered email address and mobile number. In case of non-availability at your residence, our Delivery Expert will try reaching you on the registered mobile number. The order will accordingly be rescheduled only after getting a confirmation from your end.

  • What if your website does not deliver to my pincode?

    We are sorry we could not deliver to your pincode. But do drop us a mail at with a request and your pincode, we will try our best to arrange for a way to deliver to your pincode.
